I must say I appreciate Mr.Elijah Ellis  for his honesty, Patience & his professionalism! He was very efficient and answered every question until we figured it all out and understood! He didn’t even move to the next question until I understood and was satisfied! I blamed myself for misunderstanding some of the information that was explained before hand but before they asked for another payment they investigated it & even found a problem that could’ve been addressed non intentionality on their end and could’ve easily lied about the situation! They were honest and took full responsibility for their action throughout the investigation! Thank you both so much for accepting the reality of taking customers satisfaction serious and not just being worried about commission! I highly recommend this company because they’re truly trust worthy on my end you guys really  proved that one to me Thanks again! I really would like to say it was a honor to do business with clear start Tax so no worries I will continue brining business and letting my services be available to this company ! To the rest of the company I love the way y'all work together and all of you have great personalities! That’s a great way to stay at the top by leading everyone to be honest! I salute you all! My mother, who's in her mid-90's and suffering from full blown dementia, received a tax bill for about $3,000 from 2017. It blossomed to close to $11,000 due to penalties and interest, along with another $5,000 for not filing taxes for 6 years due to her dementia.Clear Start Tax offered a straight forward simple solution. They were able to gather all of the pertinent documents without me having to scavenge for them. It was easy and painless, their representative ******* ******** was superb, professional, easy to understand without using any legalese. Although the situation has not been resolved, they're working on a compromise with the *** without me having to contend with the *** or having to pay thousands to a tax attorney.
